Job summary

Accor's QE2 in Dubai is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping and Concierge for a seamless stay. The ideal candidate has UAE front desk experience, proficiency in Opera PMS, strong guest service and English language skills, with additional language ability considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE front desk experience required.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and room allocation processes.
• Strong guest service skills and fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out using Opera PMS.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping and Concierge for room status.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and occupancy reports for Front Office.
• Respond to guest inquiries, provide information on facilities, rates and options.
• Ensure security procedures for keys, guest privacy, and financial transactions.
