Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Arabic language – speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers, and answer telephone calls with a warm, timely welcome in line with our brand standards.
• Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently according to cash handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Promote customer feedback and monitor online mentions for improvements.
• Carry out general office duties including correspondence, emails and filing to ensure smooth reception flow.
• Communicate with all departments on guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
