• Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently, manage payments per cash handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
• Understand online guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Carry out general office duties (emails, filing) to ensure smooth reception operations.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints with all departments for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
