Job summary

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service with seamless check-in and check-out. You will greet guests, process registrations, and communicate hotel offerings and local attractions with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality degree, experience in luxury hotels, and fluency in English and Arabic. The role emphasizes guest privacy, accurate records in the PMS, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure memorable

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Reception within a luxury hotel is preferred.
Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally; assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
