Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a proactive Hotel Receptionist to greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and handle reservations at our Dubai property. You will manage payments and deliver accurate data entry for reporting in a fast-paced front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front desk experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy for reports.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic language is required for speaking, reading and writing.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS (hotel management system) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, answer calls, and provide warm, brand-aligned service.
• Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room rates, and local activities.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately while handling payments per cash procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long-term relationships.
• Encourage online mentions and collect guest feedback for improvements.
• Manage general office duties and maintain smooth reception operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Ensure guest safety according to hotel policies and safety guidelines.
