Responsibilities

• Train,guide, and coach your fellow colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Creating awarm welcomingexperience building a great rapport with repeat customersensuring you and the team followcheck in and check out brand standardsand procedures.
• Answertelephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
• Ensure thatguest feedback and any escalationsare managed effectively.
• Ensure thatpayments are dealt with according to the company's cash handling procedures andthat shifts are effectively closed,and successfullyhanded over tothe next shift.
• Manage andupdate all reservations and requests through Opera.
• Set up,train the team and implement the front office procedures and practices.
• Build a goodrapport with guests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain high qualitycustomer service.
• Keep abreastof all promotions, room prices, activities and events in the surrounding areato give accurate information to guests.
• Identifycorporate leads and driving onlinename mentions.
