Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as hotel receptionist.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Arabic language proficiency (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and respond to inquiries in line with brand standards.
• Provide information on promotions, room prices, activities and local events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately following procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build relationships.
• Encourage online reviews and capture guest feedback for service improvement.
• Perform general office duties and manage communications to support reception.
• Maintain stock of reception supplies and stationery.
• Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests and handle complaints.
• Ensure guest safety according to hotel guidelines.
