Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a customer-focused professional for our entertainment venues in Dubai. The role covers guest services, ticketing, bookings, and payments across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, process transactions, and support venue operations while promoting relevant products and services during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• UAE family book is required.
• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and approachable manner.
• Clear verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit for standing and busy shift work.
• Ability to work in fast-paced cinemas and venues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and welcoming customer service in line with procedures and venue standards.
• Manage tickets, admissions, bookings, and guest transactions via approved systems.
• Upsell products, upgrades, packages, and entertainment services.
• Handle cash, card, voucher payments; issue receipts and refunds.
• Reconcile till, perform cash counting, and report transactions.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and service concerns calmly.
• Coordinate birthday parties, group visits, and event activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across customer-facing and operational areas.
