Role Context

The position operates in a fast‑paced entertainment environment, providing guest support across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment venues such as MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai. Key duties include ticketing, sales, bookings, guest inquiries, cash handling, safety and cleanliness maintenance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service in line with company standards.
• Support daily operations across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai to ensure smooth, safe, and enjoyable guest experiences.
• Assist guests with ticketing, bookings, product information, venue directions, service inquiries, complaints, tours, parties, and event coordination.
• Use system platforms to process ticket sales, bookings, purchases, upgrades, and guest service transactions accurately.
• Promote products, services, packages, offers, and add‑on experiences using upselling techniques.
• Process payments through cash, card, vouchers, and other approved methods while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Issue receipts, process refunds per policy, complete cash reconciliation, and prepare basic transaction reports when required.
• Support cinema operations by maintaining smooth guest flow, queue management, entry control, and service standards.
• Support Magic Planet operations by assisting guests, monitoring equipment use, and escalating technical or safety concerns when needed.
• Support Ski Dubai service areas, party room operations, guest coordination, and marketing activities as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, presentation, and professional standards across assigned work areas.
• Follow health, safety, security, and management instructions to protect guests, colleagues, company assets, and venue operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, guests, and support teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
• Work flexibly across different entertainment venues, shifts, operational zones, and guest service functions as required.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, entertainment, cinema operations, amusement venues, or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Physically fit and able to perform required duties in a busy entertainment environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with guests, families, children, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable handling ticketing, sales, bookings, payments, receipts, refunds, and basic cash reconciliation.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use system platforms for transactions and bookings.
• Good attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and ability to follow procedures carefully.
• Ability to apply upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly and service‑focused approach.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, Ski Dubai, and other entertainment venue areas when required.
