Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a Customer Service Officer in Dubai, UAE to support guest services and day-to-day operations across its entertainment venues.

The role involves handling ticketing, bookings, sales, payments, queries, and coordinating events, while upholding safety procedures and customer care standards.

You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience at MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai, with on-site duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, food & beverage, or retail roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and colleagues in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Physically fit for a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service across MAF Entertainment venues in accordance with SOPs.
• Support daily operational activities across MAF Cinemas.
• Handle ticketing, sales, and customer bookings through designated system platforms.
• Promote relevant products and services and apply upselling techniques.
• Process cash, card, and voucher payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and process refunds according to established procedures.
• Complete cash reconciliation and required reporting accurately.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Support venue tours and coordinate parties, events, and related guest activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional presentation standards.
• Follow applicable health, safety, operational, and management instructions.
• At Magic Planet, contribute to a safe and enjoyable guest experience while monitoring equipment operations.
• At Ski Dubai, support customer service activities, party room operations, and marketing-related activities when required.
