Job summary

Rotana is seeking a Front Office Data Entry Clerk who delivers courteous customer service and precise data handling. You will forward guests' passport information to the Police Department on arrival using email, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

You should have prior front office or data entry experience, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess solid computer and scanning skills to manage and transmit information efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar front office or data entry role is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic and strong computer skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer-care orientation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive passport copies at designated area and forward to Police Department by email on arrival day.
• File passport copies daily and hand over to the concierge.
• Use computer and scanner to transmit all required information securely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and properties.
• Prioritize tasks to handle data quickly and accurately with speed.
