Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Team Leader to support the Engineering Department. You will oversee daily guest service operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure professional attendance of staff, clients and guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day guest service operations within Engineering, motivating the team and leading by example.
• Develop and implement staff schedules and brief teams across departments.
• Greet and assist personnel, clients and guests professionally and discreetly.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contracts.
• Oversee vendor registration, code creation, price updates and PO submission.
• Report issues and incidents to the Supervisor and address guest inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to policies and conduct regular checks to maintain hospitality standards.
