Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide a multi-department team, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will develop schedules, brief staff, and manage stock and vendor contracts to maintain seamless service across luxury facilities.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Hotel Management or related field and 2–3 years’ international hospitality experience, with a strong emphasis on cultural awareness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or similar.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
• Experience in multicultural environments and understanding of cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and lead by example with compassion and integrity.
• Develop timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff across departments.
• Ensure guests are greeted and attended to professionally.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contracts.
