Job summary

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai invites applications for a Senior Executive - Engineering. The role leads Engineering Department supervisors, ensures asset maintenance via JEMS, and drives adherence to safety and maintenance standards across the property.

Strong leadership and hospitality experience are essential. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering with 2–3 years in hospitality, excels in MS Office, and demonstrates problem-solving and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field) and 2–3 years in hospitality.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, team management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily activities of Engineering Department supervisors and staff.
• Maintains property and assets via the Jumeirah Engineering Management System (JEMS).
• Monitors repair/maintenance to ensure standards are met and documents outcomes.
• Supports implementation and monitoring of JEMS, Fire, Life & Safety Matrix, PPM and Work Orders.
