Qualifications

• Must have at least secondary education or equivalent.
• Vocational engineering qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Understand complaints/issues, diagnose and carry out repairs or maintenance as directed.
• Respond to inquiries courteously and professionally; provide information within area of assignment.
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and corrective work orders as directed.
• Select correct materials and log them in engineering stores.
• Organise work and equipment in a professional manner.
• Maintain logs of all work performed and report issues.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas and adhere to SOPs.

Education

Higher Secondary School Certificate or Secondary education

Vocational certificate in requisite field of Engineering
