Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai invites an experienced hospitality supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, motivate the team, and ensure attentive, discreet service for guests at our luxury resort. You will lead by example with integrity, develop timelines, delegate duties, and coordinate across departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years' international hospitality experience, a hotel management background, and a commitment to cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of hospitality experience.
• Experience with international hotel groups preferred.
• Strong cultural awareness and respect for guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and guide teams.
• Develop timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff across departments.
• Greet and attend to personnel, clients and guests professionally.
• Prepare reports and manage stock, vendor directories, and contracts.
