Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Back Office to support the Rooms department in Dubai. The role collaborates with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless guest experience and adherence to Hyatt brand standards.

Ideal candidate has a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, plus 2+ years in a similar Front Office/Back Office role, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Front Office Assistant, or Guest Services Officer - Back Office in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Rooms department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Assist the Rooms Division in managing Front Office Operations and Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to deliver exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
