Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm, part of Hyatt, seeks a Guest Service Officer to warmly welcome guests and deliver personalized service across arrival, stay, and departure experiences.

You will contribute to the smooth operation of the Front Desk within the Rooms Division, ensuring consistent service standards and memorable guest connections.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related qualification in hospitality or tourism management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Opera property management system is beneficial.

Summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills
• Well versed with Opera system are beneficial
