Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a Concierge to deliver excellent, consistent service to guests. You will assist with restaurant reservations, city tours, and recommendations, contributing to smooth operations within the Rooms Division.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, strong communication and customer service skills, and a minimum of 1 year in hotel operations. Ideally you hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
