Job summary

Andaz by Hyatt in Dubai seeks a Guest Service Officer to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service throughout arrival, stay, and departure.

You will contribute to the smooth operation of Reception within the Rooms Division, upholding Hyatt's exceptional service standards and creating meaningful connections with guests.

A Hospitality or Tourism Diploma is required; English proficiency is a must, and Opera system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with Opera system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at the Reception within the Rooms Division.
• Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills
• Well versed with Opera system are beneficial
