Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to balance tasks while delivering meaningful guest interactions during stays. You will handle pre-arrival preparations per guest preferences and coordinate with relevant departments.

Daily responsibilities include managing the lobby area and engaging with guests and visitors to ensure a smooth, memorable experience. Fluency or familiarity with German and French is preferred, and a hospitality-related degree is advantageous for this role

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Prior work experience in Front Office or Guest Relations Departments in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
