Job summary

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations professional to join our team. You will manage reservations via phone, email and online channels, and upsell rooms and hotel services to guests.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Housekeeping to meet guest needs, maintain accurate profiles, and support revenue optimization through diligent inventory monitoring.

English and Russian language skills are a plus, with hospitality experience and Windows proficiency valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Guest service passion and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
• Fluency in English and Russian is a plus.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems is an asset.
• Windows computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via telephone, email, and online channels.
• Process individual, group, and corporate reservations accurately.
• Provide guests with information about room types, rates, and facilities.
• Upsell room categories and additional hotel services.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking details in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to meet guest requirements.
• Monitor room availability and inventory to support revenue optimization.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Support the Reservations Manager with daily reports and administrative tasks.
