Job summary

Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservation Agent to be the primary contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation through to stay.

You will handle calls, emails and online requests, upsell services, provide information on facilities, and coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in hospitality reservations or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and guest-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organized approach.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests


• Manage incoming calls emails and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism


• Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities


• Provide comprehensive information about our property facilities and accommodate special requests


• Ensure accurate processing of reservations including correct recording of all guest details and preferences


• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns


• Maintain current knowledge of promotions rates and availability to provide precise information


• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the propertys policies procedures and services


• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally


• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year experience in the same field at the hospitality industry.
