Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Reservation Concierge Officer with at least 3 years in reservations, concierge, hospitality or related customer service roles. The successful candidate will handle bookings, provide personalized service, and coordinate with hotels, restaurants, travel agencies and other service providers.

Fluent in Arabic and English, able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality with VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Reservations Concierge Hospitality Travel Tourism or Customer Service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE hotels/restaurants/attractions is an advantage.
• Based in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate customer reservations bookings and service requests.
• Provide professional concierge assistance and personalized service to clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, attractions and other service providers.
• Follow up on reservations and ensure bookings are confirmed accurately and on time.
• Assist clients with recommendations, arrangements and special requests.
• Manage changes, cancellations and last-minute reservation requests.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client requests and service details.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding availability confirmations, payments and special arrangements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with VIP clients.
• Prepare reservation and concierge reports when required.
• Support the team with other customer service and concierge-related duties.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced customer-focused and well-organized Reservation Concierge Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reservations, concierge services, hospitality, travel and tourism or customer service. The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, confident in dealing with clients and capable of handling reservations and concierge requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Reservations Concierge Hospitality Travel Tourism or Customer Service
• Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE hotels restaurants attractions and lifestyle services is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation customer management systems
• Professional appearance positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Male candidate preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
