Job summary

haus & haus is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for their Holiday & Short Term Rentals team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of properties, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and ensure high occupancy levels throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, a driving license and car, and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar guest relations role.
• Driving license and car are required.
• Experience in the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 50 properties.
• Coordinate check ins and check outs for guests.
• Facilitate maintenance issues with teams.
• Track and collect due rental payments.
