Job summary

Marriott International’s Luxury Collection is seeking a Front Desk professional to manage guest check-ins, verify identities and payments, and assign rooms with keys. You will balance cash, process all payment types, and compile daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires proactive guest service, adherence to brand standards, and coordination with hotel teams to fulfill guest requests while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and form of payment, assign rooms and issue room keys.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates align with market codes; document exceptions.
• Balance cash, process payments, vouchers and charges; secure bank at shift start/end; prepare reports.
• Assist guests with directions and requests; coordinate with appropriate departments and protect guest confidentiality.
