Job summary

ACCOR in Dubai is seeking a guest-centric Outlet Server to take reservations and welcome guests, ensuring a warm first impression and smooth seating. You will support daily mise en place, stay informed on menus and promotions, and offer informed recommendations to guests.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Operational Standards Manual and company documentation is expected; previous experience in fine dining or stand-alone restaurants is a must; beverage

• Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining / stand alone restaurant is a must.
• Service focused personality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Takes reservations and welcome guests to the outlet
• Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements
• Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests
• Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Restaurant General Manager
• Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department
• Service focused personality is essential
