Job summary

Alpha Flight Services UAE.LLC is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to join our guest-facing team in Sharjah. You will greet guests, escort them to tables and present menus to set a welcoming tone from the start.

In this role you will accurately take food and beverage orders, respect dietary restrictions, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards. Strong English and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus to set a welcoming tone.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and drinks and maintain a smooth flow of service throughout the meal.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently (cash, cards, and other methods).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, table settings, and stations in line with hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
