Job summary

HEAVEN SIGNATURE PROPERTIES L.L.C is seeking a hands-on property operations assistant to support guest services and maintenance across our luxury properties in the UAE.

You will drive company vehicles for guest transfers and property visits, assist with check-ins/check-outs, perform basic maintenance and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely repairs, while keeping records and ensuring properties are clean, safe and fully functional.

Qualifications

• Filipino nationality preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Experience in holiday homes, hospitality, maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, or similar hands-on role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and able to deal professionally with guests and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles for guest transfers and property visits.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and on-site support.
• Visit apartments to inspect conditions and report issues.
• Perform basic maintenance, minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance companies and follow up on repairs.
• Purchase, collect and deliver supplies and household items for properties.
• Set up moving, replacing or installing basic property items.
• Respond to urgent guest and property-related issues.
• Keep simple records of property issues, repairs and completed work.
• Ensure apartments are clean, safe, presentable and fully functional.
• Perform other field and property-related tasks as assigned.

• Filipino nationality is preferred.
• Previous experience in holiday homes, hospitality, maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, or a similar hands-on role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Comfortable driving regularly and working across different property locations.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, lifting/moving items, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Good communication skills and able to deal professionally with guests and contractors.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to handle different tasks based on daily operational needs.
