Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking hospitality professionals to deliver personalized service and ensure guest satisfaction in every interaction. Qualifications

• Ideally you have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing procedures as per workplace guidelines.
• Report guest complaints or problems to supervisors with follow-up.
• Proper handover of pending items for next shift.
• Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Handle cash and credit card payments.
• Have knowledge of all Food & Beverage services and upsell/cross-sell.
• Maintain grooming/hygiene standards and build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Support Supervisors and team with any reasonable duties.
