Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Greet guests warmly and check in guests following SOPs.
• Check out departing guests in accordance with standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-ins and address day-to-day facilities issues.
• Manage cash inventory and currency exchanges per policy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
• Ensure Guest Service Desk is staffed and ready for guests.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and facilities.
