Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights in Dubai is seeking a Bar/Bartender to deliver an exceptional guest beverage experience across the hotel's outlets.

You will welcome guests, assess beverage preferences, suggest menu options, and take orders while maintaining bar operations and guest relations. Ideal candidates will have hospitality education and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Assist with customer and bar service at the hotel's beverage outlets.
• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
