Job summary

Your role includes accurate ledger handling, effective communication with FO, HK, club and room service teams, and contributing to guest satisfaction with prompt, attentive service and professional grooming.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Additional language is highly preferred.
• Guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
