Job summary

Swissotel Al Murooj in Dubai is seeking a professional waitress to join the Food & Beverage team. You will promote efficiency, courtesy and high social standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining outstanding service levels.

The role requires a minimum of one year in waitressing or F&B, fluency in English, and knowledge of POS systems and hygiene regulations. Beneficial to be flexible across hotel operations and to uphold the brand’s service standards.

Qualifications

• College graduate required.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a waitressing or food & beverage service role.
• Proficiency with POS software and computer systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food service environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant manner and positive attitude to boost the hotel image.

• Handle guest seating and greetings through hostess.
• Be familiar with menus, promotions and products to assist guests.
