Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires a college graduate with at least 1 year of waiter or similar experience.
• Candidates should understand restaurant service sequences and dining etiquette.
• Experience with hotel or professionally managed restaurant environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency with computer systems and POS technology, especially Micros.

Responsibilities

• Set up the outlet before service and maintain mise-en-place.
• Take orders, enter into Micros POS, and handle billing with accuracy.
• Provide informed menu recommendations to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service flow throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and side stations.
• Coordinate with hostess for seating and guest flow.
• Support other departments as needed to meet service goals.
• Keep up-to-date on menus, promotions, and outlet information.
