Job summary

Accor in Dubai invites a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable experience. You will check-in/out, respond to requests, and promote hotel facilities to enhance stays at our property.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with prior front desk experience in a 5-star hotel and a relevant degree or diploma. Immediate availability in the UAE is an advantage for joining our team.

Qualifications

• Service-focused personality is required.
• Experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma/certification required.
• 5-star hotel experience is a must.
• Based in UAE and able to join immediately is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/out and handle requests with exceptional service.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest information and billing in Opera.
