Job summary

Accor is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk/Guest Services team member in Dubai to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and maintain precise guest records. You will handle inquiries with accuracy and provide attentive, courteous service aligned with luxury standards.

The role supports ongoing product knowledge across services, facilities, and marketing efforts, while upholding grooming and safety guidelines. Language skills and Opera system experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel is an asset.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to the guests, register and process check in for all arrivals and update the guest information in the system.
• Assist Guest with general enquiries, providing accurate and detailed information.
• Provide prompt, attentive and friendly service at all times (in line with LQA standards).
• Keeps abreast of product knowledge, ranging from daily functions, services and facilities available, and marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain personal presentation and hygiene as per the grooming standards issued by Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts.
• Projects a favorable image of the hotel through a positive attitude and presentation.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations.
• Adhere to all Safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a 5* star heartfelt service and build positive relationships with guests & colleagues.
