Qualifications

• Experience as Telephone Operator or similar hotel guest services.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication.
• Strong listening and clear speaking.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and telephone systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages are helpful.

As a Telephone Operator, you will be an important point of contact for our guests, handling calls and requests efficiently while ensuring every interaction reflects the warm and welcoming service we want our guests to remember.

• Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.


• Good computer skills; knowledge of hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.


• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.


• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
