Radisson Fujairah is seeking a friendly Telephone Operator to join our opening team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls and requests with warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Telephone Operator or in guest service, preferably in hotels.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening skills and clear communication.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and internal calls promptly
• professionally and courteously
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
• Connect calls and coordinate guest requests with the appropriate departments
• Record and follow up on guest requests to ensure they are handled promptly
• Handle wake-up calls and other telephone-related guest services
• Respond appropriately to emergency calls and follow established hotel procedures
• Maintain a professional and guest-focused approach in every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar guest service role, preferably within a hotel.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• A pleasant and professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
