Job summary

A hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join their team. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them according to the restaurant's floor plan.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Address guest concerns and complaints ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct regular table visits to monitor guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservations and cancellations following department standards.
