Aloft Hotels Dubai is seeking a Front Desk team member to handle guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, issue keys and provide maps and local information.

You will balance and drop receipts, assist with training, coaching and mentoring staff, and ensure safety, confidentiality and adherence to policies. A minimum of one year of related experience and a high school diploma are preferred. Join a global team and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying identity and form of payment, assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Balance and drop receipts; prepare cashier and closing reports; maintain accurate accounts.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; ensure safety and policy compliance.
