Job summary

Aloft is seeking a proactive guest services professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will handle guest calls, requests, and reservations, applying sales techniques to boost revenue while preserving guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities include assisting with training, maintaining professional appearance, and supporting Sales & Marketing activities. Prior experience in hospitality is preferred and a customer-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls, requests, or problems and resolve them promptly.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking reservations.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees and support Sales & Marketing tasks.
