Flatgigs in Dubai is seeking a Partner Success Account Lead to ensure partner onboarding, enablement, and revenue growth across our partner ecosystem. You will own strategic relationships and develop plans that drive value for our client and its partners.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing to identify opportunities, enable partners, and accelerate revenue generation while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing technology partners and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate partnerships into revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partner relationships and build engagement plans.
• Enable partners through onboarding, training, and product knowledge.
