Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a senior marketing leader for a 360 role in Dubai to own end-to-end strategy, budget, and execution across brand, growth, and ecosystem products. The role requires deep cross‑functional collaboration with product, leadership, and regional teams to drive adoption and sustainable performance.

You will manage a large marketing budget, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure campaigns resonate with UAE consumers while aligning with brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Brand and Creative Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy and lead campaigns across media.
• Customer Growth and Retention: drive marketing strategy to acquire customers and increase order frequency across verticals.
• Ecosystem Product Marketing: lead marketing for postpaid service rewards and Talabat Pro with go-to-market strategies.
• CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: oversee CRM, push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app communications to boost engagement.
• Product Marketing Collaboration: work with product marketing to launch features and inform roadmaps.
• Budget Management: own a significant marketing budget and allocate across channels.
• 3rd party collaboration: manage relationships with agencies and ensure campaigns execute via partners.
• Team Leadership: build and lead a high-performing marketing team with emphasis on innovation and accountability.
• Leadership Team Partnership: collaborate with heads of Sales, Performance & Strategy, PR, Logistics and People Ops.
• Regional Marketing Leadership: guide regional teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance.
