Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, social platforms, and email, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

You will collaborate with content, SEO, and sales teams, manage budgets and ROAS targets, leverage Salesforce and ABM tools, run A/B tests, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on martech management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ActiveCampaign/Hubspot or similar tools.
• Strong multi-channel marketing strategy experience including PPC, SEO, social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to meet growth and ROI/ROAS goals.
• Manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns across digital channels while optimizing CAC.
• Oversee Google Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns are well-targeted and high ROI.
• Oversee budgets and align campaigns with business objectives, focusing on ROI and conversions.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to turn organic traffic into leads.
• Work with Salesforce & ABM tools to integrate marketing with the sales pipeline.
• Identify and test new digital channels to improve key performance metrics.
• Direct external agencies to meet campaign goals and KPIs.
• Lead social media advertising initiatives for user adoption and brand growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA, Data Studio, and Salesforce.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and conversion funnels.
• Manage Email marketing, remarketing, nurturing, and list segmentation campaigns.
• Manage landing pages, A/B testing and ongoing CRO initiatives.
