Dentsu Aegis Network is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, lead a team of executives, and drive campaigns that meet client KPIs. You will translate client objectives into actionable strategies across search, social, programmatic, and e-commerce, partner with cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize results through data-driven insights.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience in performance marketing; agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently
