Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site
• Support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring progress and quality
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, material records and progress updates
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
• Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering solutions
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced site environment
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is a plus
