Job summary

Parisima Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Business Assistant to support our trading and operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on import/export documentation, SAP data handling, contract administration, and coordination of end-to-end trade activities within the UAE.

You will manage SAP data, vendor and bank registrations, review contracts, and coordinate shipping and invoicing, working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in import/export operations or related roles.
• Handling trade documentation, shipping documents, and contracts.
• Working knowledge of SAP and data management systems.
• Familiarity with vendor and bank registrations and commercial documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Handle vendor registration, bank registration, and related administrative processes.
• Review and maintain business contracts with focus on key terms.
• Coordinate import/export documentation and trade execution processes.
• Manage shipping documents and after-sales communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices while maintaining contract-related records.
• Support trade operations through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Conduct desktop research on food commodities or trading activities when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
