Job summary

Achieve Test Prep in Dubai UAE is looking for an Operations Executive to manage shipping documentation and coordinate shipments in the logistics and trading sector. This role requires a diploma in logistics or business and a minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping or trade operations.

The successful candidate will work with banks on Letters of Credit and ensure compliance with trade regulations, contributing to smooth execution of import and export activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or trade operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures, and LC documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping documentation with suppliers and shipping lines.
• Prepare sales and purchase contracts and invoices based on trading terms.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and customers.
• Handle import and export documentation under Letters of Credit.
• Prepare LC documentation and manage negotiations with banks.
