Job summary

Luxe Getaways Holiday Homes LLC seeks a Trade Finance Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day trade finance transactions for its commodity trading activities. You will coordinate with banks, traders, finance teams, logistics, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of trade finance processes, and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously. UAE experience preferred and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Commodity Trading Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience handling Letters of Credit (LCs), documentary collections, bank guarantees, and trade settlements.
• Good understanding of import/export documentation and international trade processes.
• Experience coordinating with banks for trade finance transactions and documentation.
• Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade finance transactions from initiation to completion.
• Prepare, review, and maintain trade finance documentation (invoices, contracts, bills of lading, certificates, packing lists, insurance, etc.).
• Coordinate Letters of Credit, documentary collections, and bank guarantees.
• Liaise with banks on LC issuance, amendments, document submissions, and discrepancies.
• Monitor transaction status and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Maintain records of trade finance transactions and bank communications.
• Coordinate with traders, finance, logistics, and counterparties to resolve issues.
